I became a menopause coach two years ago. It was my own experience with Peri-menopausal symptoms that motivated me to pursue this path. Peri-menopause and Menopause can cause a range of symptoms and challenges for women, affecting them physically, emotionally, and mentally. It is essential for women to have access to accurate information and support during this transitional period. As a coach, I aim to provide women with the necessary guidance and assistance to help them navigate this process.
