As a certified Personal Trainer and Menopause Coach, I am dedicated to helping women transform their health and well-being. My goal is to empower women with the knowledge and skills to make lasting lifestyle changes. Whether you're looking to build strength, manage menopause symptoms, or improve your overall fitness, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

I have been working as a Personal Trainer since 2017. I am passionate about fitness and nutrition, so becoming a personal trainer was a natural choice for me. I have a group of very lovely, loyal clients, and some of them have been with me since the very beginning. I have been working part-time to balance my career with my family life. Two years ago, I decided to obtain a menopause qualification because I personally experienced perimenopausal symptoms and found very little support available at the time. While menopause is receiving more attention in the media now, it is still widely misunderstood, and there is a lot of conflicting advice out there, making it difficult to know the right approach to take. Let me support you and work together to help you feel like yourself again! These midlife years are supposed to be your best yet, where you can focus on yourself and enjoy them. Don’t let menopause symptoms dictate your life.
